The GK switcher can switch between two guitars that are fitted with a 13-pin GK pickup. It also has two outputs to connect to two GK devices. An external dual momentary switch needs to be connected to do the switching. it also needs 9V DC power (centre negative) to work. The GK1 input also has a jack input which connects to normal PU. Switches, power supply and GK cables are not included. The price does include shipping to Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.

Switching is done by relays. There is a bit of noise during switching, particularly on high gain patches, unless the volume is turned down. The unit has four dual relays that switch string 1-6, normal PU and GK volume. The S1/S2 buttons are not switched, but will always work from both guitars. Also both GK pickups will receive power. from the connected GK devices at all times. The switcher will work when only one GK device is connected..
